- Medical/Dental Insurance: Quantimetrix offers a comprehensive Medical/Dental insurance plan for eligible employees and their dependents. Regular Full and Part-time employees are eligible for coverage.

Insurance:
Quantimetrix Corporation provides a life insurance policy one time the employees annual salary up to $50,000.00 for all permanent employees.
- 401(k) Savings Plan: With the Quantimetrix 401(k) Savings Plan, the employee can plan for their retirement
with ease. While enrolled, you may access your account via the Internet
or by phone.
- Worker’s
Compensation: This policy covers and protects you in case
of occupational injury or illness.
- Unemployment
Compensation: Each year, Quantimetrix Corporation contributes
thousands of dollars to the California Unemployment Insurance Fund on
behalf of its employees.
- Paid
Time Off: Employees of Quantimetrix Corporation receive 15
days paid time off per year. PTO is available for personal days off
as well as sick leave absences.
- Holidays:
Quantimetrix offers a total of 11 paid and 2 floating holidays per year.
Floating holidays may be used for personal time off.
- Other
