  • Medical/Dental Insurance: Quantimetrix offers a comprehensive Medical/Dental insurance plan for eligible employees and their dependents. Regular Full and Part-time employees are eligible for coverage.

  • Life Insurance: Quantimetrix Corporation provides a $30,000 term life insurance policy for eligible employees. QC pays 100% of the premium.

  • Profit Sharing and 401(k) Savings Plan: With the Quantimetrix Profit Sharing and 401(k) Savings Plan, the employee can plan for their retirement with ease. While enrolled, you may access your account via the Internet or by phone.

  • Worker’s Compensation: This policy covers and protects you in case of occupational injury or illness.

  • Unemployment Compensation: Each year, Quantimetrix Corporation contributes thousands of dollars to the California Unemployment Insurance Fund on behalf of its employees.

  • Paid Time Off: Employees of Quantimetrix Corporation receive 15 days paid time off per year. PTO is available for personal days off as well as sick leave absences.
  • Holidays: Quantimetrix offers a total of 11 paid and 2 floating holidays per year. Floating holidays may be used for personal time off.

  • Other Benefits: Additional benefits offered include Vison Insurance, Credit Union Membership, Business Travel Insurance, and Company Recreational Benefits.
